These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GmailCreator ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

GmailCreator is an automated Gmail account creation platform that enables users to:

• Generate multiple Gmail accounts efficiently

• Manage account credentials securely
• Access our API for integration (Yearly plan only)
• Automate account creation workflows

⏱️ Creation Time: Each Gmail account takes approximately 1-2 minutes to create. Bulk tasks are processed sequentially.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use GmailCreator for:

• Testing & Development: Creating test accounts for software development
• Business Operations: Managing multiple accounts for legitimate business needs
• Marketing Agencies: Account creation for client campaigns
• Automation: Integrating with your systems via our API

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use GmailCreator for:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or spam
• Fraud: Creating accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Abuse: Violating Google's Terms of Service
• Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purposes
• Harassment: Creating accounts to harass or abuse others
• Impersonation: Creating accounts that impersonate others
• Circumvention: Bypassing our security measures

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Monthly Plan: $150/month - Unlimited Gmail creation
• Quarterly Plan: $400/quarter - Unlimited Gmail creation
• Yearly Plan: $1,500/year - Unlimited Gmail creation + API access

5.2 Premium Features

• Custom Recovery Email: Included in all premium plans at no additional cost

5.3 Payment Methods

• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, USDT (currently available)
• Credit/Debit Cards: Coming soon

5.4 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current subscription rate
• Cancel anytime to prevent future charges (no partial refunds)
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

5.5 Refund Policy

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription
• No refunds for renewals or after the 7-day period
• No refunds for account termination due to policy violations

6. Fair Use Policy

While we offer "unlimited" Gmail creation, we expect reasonable usage. Our Fair Use Policy ensures quality service for all users:

• Reasonable Limits: Excessive usage that impacts service performance may be subject to review
• Rate Limiting: We may implement rate limits to prevent abuse
• Quality Over Quantity: Focus on successful account creation, not just volume

We will notify you if your usage exceeds reasonable limits and work with you to find a solution.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

7.1 Service Uptime

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

7.2 Service Modifications

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality are owned by GmailCreator
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Your generated Gmail accounts and credentials belong to you (subject to Google's Terms of Service)
• Our brand name, logo, and trademarks are protected

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We encrypt all sensitive data
• We do not sell your personal information
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GmailCreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Issues with generated Gmail accounts (e.g., bans, suspensions)
• Third-party actions or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GmailCreator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Your use of generated Gmail accounts

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for early cancellation

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment fails or is disputed
• We detect fraudulent activity
• Required by law

Termination for violations is immediate and without refund.

13. API Access (Yearly Plan Only)

Yearly plan subscribers receive API access with the following terms:

• Authentication: Use API keys provided in your dashboard
• Rate Limits: Subject to fair use policy
• Availability: 99.9% uptime SLA
• Documentation: Available in Settings → API tab
• Security: Keep API keys confidential; you are responsible for all API usage
• Downgrade: API access terminates if you downgrade from Yearly plan

14. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Material changes will be notified via email and in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version
